Terms of Sale:

Payment for purchases must be made by cash or check.  Payment for all purchases must be made in full on the day of the sale.  Announcements made during the sale supercede all printed matter.  No property to be removed from premises settled for.
 

Auction Conditions:

Each item in the auction is being sold "AS IS" without warranty or guarantee intended or implied of any kind, including merchantability or fitness for particular purposes.  Each item is the sole responsibility of the purchaser from the moment the item is sold.  All information contained on this website was derived from sources believed to be correct but is not guaranteed by the auctioneers.  Not responsible for accidents or stolen items.  Auction service acts as selling agents only.  No guarantee or liability assumed.
 

Terms on Real Estate:
